This gracious water sport – Artistic Swimming is widely known as water ballet and involves swimmers performing a synchronized routine in the water, accompanied by music. Established in year 2017, the club’s new wing is headed by Coach Liang, former Coach for Guangzhou and Zhuzhou China Sports Teams. She is assisted by Coach Annabelle and Coach Jae Shien for all 3 teams – Learn-to-AS, Junior and Senior.

Learn-to-artistic swimming

Age group for this level is approximately 8 to 10 years old. They will learn the 101 of Synchronized Swimming, and also to build up their strength, flexibility and endurance before advancing to complex routine training in the Junior and Senior levels.

Our Junior Synchro swimmers train approximately 4.5 hours a week.

Intermediate

Age group for this level is approximately 10 to 12 years old. At this level, swimmers will start to advance into more complex figure sets and routines. Aside from solo and duet routines, they will have to work closely with one another as they are required to compete in team categories during competitions. Intermediate Synchro swimmers train about 10 to 14 hours a week.

Senior

Swimmers are at least 13 years old and above. They are able to handle longer and more challenging routines as they will have the endurance to stay in the water longer. Swimmers in this level train up to 18 hours a week. They will have opportunities to take part in Open Synchronized Swimming meets, both local and overseas.
