Swimmers in our Pre-Competitive program are carefully guided to progress to the Junior Competitive Squad, typically made up of swimmers aged 6 to 10 years. At this stage, swimmers focus on developing their stroke foundations while learning the basics of competitive training. This includes building endurance and speed through tailored training drills and sets.
Junior swimmers usually train 3 to 4 times per week, gradually enhancing their skills and preparing for more advanced levels of competition.
The Intermediate Competitive Squad follows the Junior Competitive Squad, catering to swimmers aged 10 to 12 who have met the minimum qualifying times for 50m events and 100m Freestyle. Prior experience in competitive swimming is required at this level. Training focuses on building strength, muscle endurance, and speed through specialized workouts.
Swimmers in this squad typically train 4 to 5 times per week to continue developing their skills and performance.
